Medical Schemes Act, 1998 (Act No. 131 of 1998)Chapter 12 : General68. Repeal of Laws, and Transitional Arrangements |
| (1) | Each of the laws referred to in the first two columns of Schedule 1 is hereby repealed to the extent specified opposite that law in the third column of that Schedule. |
| (2) | The repeal of those laws does not effect any transitional arrangements made in Schedule 2. |
| (3) | The transitional arrangements in Schedule 2 must be read and applied as substantive provisions of this Act. |
