Payment is required in respect of retention of the registration of a medicine, the registration of which has been approved by the Authority in terms of Section 15(3).

Since the retention fees have not been received for the products listed below, the registration may be cancelled in terms of the Section 16(4).

The Applicant has until 12 March 2021 to notify SAHPRA of their intention to retain the registration of the products and the outstanding retention fees should be paid by no later than the 19th of March 2021.
