The Minister of Health has under sections 9(2)(a), 12(2), 16, 27(2), 29(2)(a), 33(2), 34(1)(b), 34(3)(b)(i), 35(a) and (7)(a), 35(2)(c), 44(4), 47(2), 48(6), 57(4), 66 and 67 of the Mental Health Care Act, 2002 (Act No. 17 of 2002), in accordance with section 68 of the said Act, made the regulations in the Schedule.
