Every member of a Court shall, if he is in the employ of the Government of the Repuhlic (including the Railway Administration) or the Administration of South West Africa, be paid such allowances towards subsistence and transport as may be prescribed (otherwise than under the Act) for Government, Railway or Administration employees of his class, and if he is not in the employ of the Government of the Republic (including the Railway Administration) or the Administration of South West Africa, if no such allowances have been prescribed for Government. Railway or Administration employees of his class, he shall he paid the allowances towards subsistence and transport set forth in Annex B.
