(1) | A person is not excused from giving security compliance information in terms of regulation 103 on the ground that the information might tend to incriminate the person or expose the person to a penalty. |
(2) | However— |
(a) | the information; and |
(b) | the giving of the information; and |
(c) | any information, document or thing obtained as a direct or indirect consequence of giving the information, |
are not admissible in evidence against the person in criminal proceedings, or any other proceedings for the recovery of a penalty, other than proceedings in terms of regulation 105.
