| 50. | Map of port service provider |
The map that must accompany aniaritime security plan fora port service provider in terms of regulation 46(2) must be of a size and scale that clearly shows—
| (a) | the boundaries of the area under the central of the port service provider, and |
| (b) | the location of any security zones established, or that the provider wishes to establish or change, within the area covered by the plan. |
| 51. | Protection of plan |
A port service provider must ensure that the maritime security plan for the provider is protected against unauthorised access, amendment and disclosure.
