PROCLAMATION
by the
President of the Republic of South Africa
In terms of section 19 of the Merchant Shipping (Civil Liability Convention) Act, 2013 (Act No. 25 of 2013), I determine the 30 May 2014 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
