Chief Inspector

means the Chief Inspector of Mines appointed in terms of section 48(1) of the Mine Health and Safety Act, 1996 (Act No. 29 of 1996); "community" means a coherent, social group of persons with interests or rights in a particular area of land which the members have or exercise communally in terms of an agreement, custom or law;
