Where the person who committed an offence in terms of this Act is not a natural person, every director or prescribed officer of that person who knowingly was a party to the contravention, is, subject to the provisions of this Act and any other law, guilty of an offence and subject to the same penalties as if such director or prescribed officer committed the offence in person.
