Purchase

(1)	The importer or exporter of chemicals must submit, annually, at the end of March every year, the following information to the South African DNA:

(a)	actual quantities of the chemicals imported or exported; and

(b)	customs import and export declaration documents for every consignment of chemicals.

(2)	The records contemplated in subregulations 6(1) and 7(1) must be—

(a)	retained for a period of at least five years; and

(b)	made available, on a confidential basis, to the DNA upon request.
