The applicant, where applicable, the decision-maker and any other person contemplated in regulation 4 may, within 20 calendar days from the date of receipt of the appeal, submit, in the form obtainable from the website of the relevant appeal authority a statement responding to an appeal, to the appeal administrator and to the appellant.
