Listing Notice 1: List of Activities and Competent Authorities Identified in terms of sections 24(2) and 24D

I, Buyelwa Sonjica, Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs, hereby, under paragraph 5 of the Schedule, Listing Notice 1 of activities and Competent Authorities identified in terms of section 24(2) and 24D, published in Government Notice No. 544 on 18 June 2010, determine that the said notice, with the exception of Activities No. 19 and 20 in Appendix 1, shall take effect on 2 August 2010.
