I, Buyelwa Sonjica, Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs, hereby, under regulation 6 of the Environmental Management Framework Regulations, 2010, published in Government Notice No. R. 547 of 18 June 2010, determine that the said Regulations shall take effect on 2 August 2010.
