22B. Withdrawal of declaration of, addition to, or exclusion from, marine protected areas

 

The Minister may, by notice in the Gazette—

(a) withdraw a declaration made under section 22A(1);
(b) add to or exclude any area from a marine protected area; and
(c) assign a different name to a marine protected area.
