| (a) |
the manner of the calling of the quorum for, and the procedure at, meetings of the Council; |
| (b) |
what records the Council must keep; |
| (c) |
the way in which the Council must submit advice to him or her; and |
| (d) |
a code of conduct for Council members. |
| (2) |
The Council or a committee may admit as an observer any person including any representative of national, provincial or local government. |
| (3) |
The chairperson of the Council must provide the Minister with advice or information emanating from any meeting of the Council within a period not exceeding one month from the date of the said meeting. |
