(1)	A stem cell establishment shall ensure that all procedures associated with the storage of cells are documented in the standard operating procedures and guidelines and that the storage conditions comply with the requirements referred to therein.

(2)	A stem cell establishment shall have agreements and procedures in place to ensure that, in the event of termination of activities for whatever reason, stored stem cells are transferred to other authorized stem cell establishments.
