(1)	This chapter applies to any person with the intention to destroy, damage, alter, remove from its original position or otherwise disturb any grave or burial ground older than 60 years which is situated outside a formal cemetery administered by a local authority.

(2)	The person in subregulation (1) is hereafter referred to as the applicant.
