| (1) | These regulations are called the National Land Transport Regulations for the 2010 FIFA Soccer World Cup and come into operation on the date of their publication in the Gazette. |
| (2) | The Department may amend the forms shown in the Schedule or the fees payable in terms of these regulations from time to time without having to amend these regulations. |
