Chapter 6 : Provision of Port Services and Port Facilities and Use of Land

(1)	In order to determine whether licence conditions are being complied with, any person duly authorised by the Authority in writing may, during office hours, enter any premises occupied by a licensed operator to inspect any activity, process, building or facility therein.

(2)	A person contemplated in subsection (1) may, when conducting an inspection, require the licensed operator to produce any book, record, statement or other document relating to matters dealt with in this Act for inspection, or for the purpose of obtaining copies thereof or extracts therefrom.
