I, Grace Naledi Mandisa Pandor, MP, Minister of Education, under the powers vested in me in accordance with section 38 (1) of the National Qualifications Framework Act, (Act No. 67 of 2008), hereby proclaim that the aforementioned Act comes into operation on 1 June 2009.
