| 1) | The chief executive officer may delegate any of the powers, and assign any of the duties, attached to that office, to any employee of the Institute. |
| 2) | Section 15(2), (3) and (4) applies, reading in the changes necessary in the context, to any delegation or assignment in terms of this section. |
