Information contained in any information or monitoring system established in terms of this Chapter must be made available by the Regulator, subject to any limitations imposed by the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (Act No. 2 of 2000), and must be accompanied by the payment of a processing fee determined by the Regulator by notice in the Gazette.
