Requirements for manufacturers of blank number plates

1.	Requirements for manufacturers of blank number plates

Manufacturers of blank number plates must—

(a)	manufacture blank number plates in compliance with SANS 1116;

(b)	be in possession of a valid South African Bureau of Standards registration permit;

(c)	be in possession of a copy of a test certificate which demonstrates compliance with SANS;

(d)	be in possession of a valid tax certificate;

(e)	be in possession of a valid Occupational Health and Safety Certificate; and

(f)	conclude a Service Level Agreement with the Province, represented by the Department.
