I, Dr Bonginkosi Emmanuel Nzimande, Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, in terms of Sections 17A to 17D of the National Student Financial Aid Scheme Act (Act 56 of 1999, as amended) hereby extend the period of appointment of Dr Randall Carolissen as originally published in Notice No. 1107, Government Gazette No. 42662 of 22 August 2019, with effect from 21 August 2020 until 31 December 2020.

This Notice replaces Government Notice 915 of 2020 published in Government Gazette No. 43637 on 21 August 2020.
