| (1) |
A water user association is a body corporate and has the powers of a natural person of full capacity, except those powers which— |
| (a) |
by nature can only attach to natural persons; or |
| (2) |
Schedule 4 (excluding item 4(3) of Part 1 of that Schedule) applies to a water user association as if— |
| (a) |
the water user association were an institution; and |
| (b) |
a member of the management committee were a director, |
within the meaning of that Schedule, except to the extent that the Minister may otherwise direct.
