I, Siphosihle Emmanuel Hlomuka, in terms of powers vested in me under section 3 of the National Road Traffic Act, 1996 (Act No. 93 of 1996), section 25 of the KwaZulu-Natal Road Traffic Act, 1997 (Act No. 7 of 1997), read with regulations 27, 28, 29, 35, 36 and 71 of the National Road Traffic Regulations, 2000, and the National Land Transport Act 2009 (Act No. 5 of 2009), hereby make the Regulations contained in the Schedule hereto.
