Natural Scientific Professions Act, 2003 (Act No.27 of 2003)35. Professional fees |
| (1) | The Council must annually, after consultation with the voluntary associations and registered persons, determine guideline professional fees and publish those fees in the Gazette. |
| (2) | Any person who feels aggrieved by the guideline professional fees published in terms of subsection (1) may bring the matter to the attention of the Council for its consideration. |
