The Minister for Welfare and Population Development has under section 26 of the Non-profit Organisations Act, 1997 (Act No. 71 of 1997), made the regulations set out in the Schedule hereto and determined that the said regulations shall come into operation on 1 September 1998. GoN R1104, G. 19199
