Any person who wants to trade in controlled goods, equipment and technology stated in the secondary legislation (Government Notices) that supports the Act must apply for the following permits:
| (a) | an export permit; |
| (b) | an import permit; |
| (c) | a transit (including transhipment) permit; and |
| (d) | manufacturing and services permit. |
