restricted matter
means any or all of the following, namely-
| a) | source material; |
| b) | special nuclear material; |
| c) | restricted material; |
| d) | uranium hexafluoride (UF6); |
| e) | nuclear fuel; and |
| f) | nuclear-related equipment and material. |
