The Minister may, on the recommendation of the Council, prescribe qualifications obtained by virtue of examinations conducted by a nursing education institution in the Republic, which, if held singly or conjointly with any other qualification, entitles any holder thereof to registration in terms of this Act if he or she has, before or in connection with or after the acquisition of the qualification in question, complied with such conditions or requirements as may be prescribed.
