I, Aaron Motsoaledi, Minister of Health, hereby, in terms of section 31(2) of the Nursing Act, 2005, after consultation with the South African Nursing Council, create the category of Registered Nurse as a category of persons to be registered to practice nursing.
(a) Enrolled Nurse; and
(b) General Nurse
