In these regulations "the Act" means the Nursing Act, 2005 (Act No. 33 of 2005), and any word or expression to which a meaning has been assigned in the Act, shall bear such meaning, and unless the context otherwise indicates:
"appeal committee"
means a committee established by the Minister as contemplated in Section 57 (2) of the Act for purposes of conducting an appeal against the decisions of the Council; and
"working day"
means any day other than Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, as defined in Section 1 of the Public Holidays Act, 1994 (Act No. 36 of 1994).
