Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993 (Act No. 85 of 1993)Explosives Regulations, 20023. Classification of explosives for manufacturing |
| (1) | The chief inspector of explosives shall classify all explosives and make this classification available to the chief inspector of occupational health and safety. |
| (2) | The chief inspector of occupational health and safety may classify any chemical combination as an explosive or reclassify any explosive for the purposes of these regulations. |
| (3) | No person shall manufacture or use any explosives that are not classified in terms of subregulations (1) and (2). |
