| 8.1 | All learner records shall be maintained by the accredited training provider as required by the NQF Act for a minimum period of five (5) years and the records shall be accessible during this time for inspection by the Authorised Body and Department of Employment and Labour. |
| 8.2 | The authorised body will similarly retain for five (5) years all its relevant records. |
