I Millysind E. Ruiters, appointed as Chief Inspector in terms of Section 27(1) of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, ( Act 85 of 1993 ) as amended , and by virtue of the power delegated to me by the Minister of Employment and Labour, in terms of Section 42(1) of the Act and after consultation with the Advisory Council for Occupational Health And Safety hereby, under Section 44 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, ( Act 85 of 1993 ), as amended, incorporate the National Code of Practice for Inspection and testing of Li ft, Escalator and Passenger Conveyor into the said regulations.
