Annexure B
I, Aaron Motsoaledi, Minister of Health, hereby, in terms of section 63(3) of the Occupational Diseases in Mines and Works Act, 1973 (Act No. 78 of 1973), adjust the levies payable by controlled mines and works to the Compensation Fund in terms of section 62 from 1 April 2021 as follows:
