Perishable Products Export Control Act, 1983 (Act No. 9 of 1983)22. Exclusion of certain countries or territories |
This Act shall not apply to the export of perishable products to and for consumption in any country or territory excluded by the Minister by notice in the Gazette from the application thereto of this Act.
