| (1) | Where any regulation requires that something be done electronically, or online (including the submission of any form to the Board), this shall not preclude the Board from requiring any person to do or perform such thing in writing or in a non-electronic form, or in any other manner or form as the Board may deem fit. |
| (2) | Where any regulation requires the Board to issue any certificate or do anything electronically, or online, this shall not preclude the Board from doing so in non-electronic form or in any other manner or form as the Board may deem fit. |
