In these Regulations any word or expression to which a meaning has been assigned in the Act shall have the meaning so assigned and, unless the context indicates otherwise—

"administrative action"

means an "administrative action" as defined in the Promotion of Administrative Justice Act, 2000 (Act No. 3 of 2000), as amended;

"environment"

"land"

means land on which a licensed petroleum pipeline, storage facility or loading facility is situated or operated;

"the Act"

means the Petroleum Pipelines Act, 2003 (Act No. 60 of 2003);
