The Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy has, under section 2(1)(c) of the Petroleum Products Act, 1977 (Act No. 120 of 1977), made the regulations set out in the Schedule.
Schedule

In these regulations "the Regulations" mean the regulations published by Government Notice of 06 April 2021.

3. Commencement
These Regulations will come into operation at 00h01 on 05 May 2021.
