The Minister of Energy has, under section 2(1)(c) of the Petroleum Products Act, 1977 (Act No. 120 of 1977), made the regulations set out in the Schedule.
Schedule
| 1. | Definitions |
In these regulations "the Regulations" mean the regulations published by Government Notice of 05 January 2021.
The following regulation is hereby substituted for regulation No. 43949 of the Regulations.

3. Commencement
These Regulations will come into operation at 00h01 on 06 January 2021.
