| 1. | I, Mr G. Mantashe, Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy, under section 2(1)(c) of the Petroleum Products Act, 1977 (Act No. 120 of 1977), determine that the Maximum National Retail Price for Illuminating Paraffin (excluding the price of any form of packaging) will become effective on the first Wednesday of every month. |
| 2. | The Single Maximum National Retail Price for Illuminating Paraffin, excluding the price of any form of Packaging for the period of 04 July 2024 to 06 August 2024 will be 1 923.0 cents per litre. |
| 3. | Commencement |
These Regulations shall come into effect at 00:01 on 04 July 2024.
