In these Regulations a word or expression to which a meaning has been assigned in the Act bears the meaning so assigned and, unless the context otherwise indicates—

"Act"

means the Petroleum Products Act, 1977 (Act no. 120 of 1977);

"container"

means an object for holding or transporting petroleum products, other than a vehible;

"Petroleum Products Site and Retail Licence Regulations"

means Regulations regarding Petroleum Products Site and Retail Licence Regulations published under Government Notice No. R. 286 of 27 March 2006, as amended by Government Notice No. R. 1061 of 19 December 2012;

"retail licensee"

means a person holding a retain licence issued by the Controller of Petroleum Products in terms of the Act and the Petroleum Products Site and Retail Licence Regulations.
