(1)	I, Ms Dipuo Peters, Minister of Energy, under section 2(1)(c) of the Petroleum Products Act, 1977 (Act No. 120 of 1977), determine that a maximum retail price for Illuminating Paraffin (excluding the price of any form of packaging) will become effective on the first Wednesday of each month.

(2)	The maximum retail price for illuminating paraffin, excluding the price of any form of packaging for the period 07 September 2011 to 04 October 2011 will be 912.0 c/l.

(3)	Commencement

These regulations shall come into operation at 00:01 on 07 September 2011.
