The Minister of Energy has, under section 2(1)(c) of the Petroleum Products Act, 1977 (Act No. 120 of 1977), made the regulations set out in the Schedule.
Schedule
| 1. | Definitions |
In these regulations "the Regulations" mean the regulations published by Government Notice No. R. 622 of 02 June 2020.
The following regulation is hereby substituted for regulation 622 of the Regulations.

These Regulations will come into operation at 00h01 on 01 July 2020.
