The Minister of Energy has, under section 2(1)(c) of the Petroleum Products Act, 1977 (Act No. 120 of 1977), made the regulations set out in the Schedule.
Schedule
| 1. | Definitions |
In these regulations "the Regulations" mean the regulations published by Government Notice No. R. 849 of 04 August 2020.
The following regulation is hereby substituted for regulation 849 of the Regulations.
