| 2.29.1 | PURPOSE |
This standard aims to control what can and cannot be offered in pharmacies, irrespective of the category of pharmacy listed in the Council Register.

“ENDS” Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems
“ENNDS” Electronic Non-Nicotine Delivery Systems
| 2.29.3 | PRODUCTS WHICH MAY NOT BE SOLD IN A PHARMACY |
The following may not be sold in the pharmacy:
| (a) | arms and ammunition; |
| (b) | fireworks; |
| (c) | tobacco, and tobacco-related products; |
| (d) | Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems (ENDS) and Electronic Non-Nicotine Delivery Systems (ENNDS); |
| (e) | alcohol, except when meant for medicinal purposes; and |
| (f) | gambling services and/or products. |
