2.29.1 | PURPOSE |
This standard aims to control what can and cannot be offered in pharmacies, irrespective of the category of pharmacy listed in the Council Register.

2.29.3 | PRODUCTS WHICH MAY NOT BE SOLD IN A PHARMACY |
The following may not be sold in the pharmacy:
(a) | arms and ammunition; |
(b) | fireworks; |
(c) | tobacco, and tobacco-related products; |
(d) | Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems (ENDS) and Electronic Non-Nicotine Delivery Systems (ENNDS); |
(e) | alcohol, except when meant for medicinal purposes; and |
(f) | gambling services and/or products. |
