6 December 2023
GG 49830
The South African Pharmacy Council
In terms of Regulation 3(1) of the Regulations relating to the fees payable to the South African Pharmacy Council (GNR. 2827, published on 2 December 2022), Council may determine fees payable to itself by way of a Board Notice annually.
In line with Regulation 2(b) of the Regulations relating to the fees payable to the South African Pharmacy Council, the fees payable to Council for 2024 have been increased in line with the Consumer Price Index headline inflation. As in the past, all efforts have been made to curtail costs and keep any increases in fees to a minimum.
