The Council may, when it is deemed necessary by the Council, provide for an evaluation of prior learning by which a person shall be assessed prior to registration in the category pharmacy technician (learner): Provided that the evaluation must be conducted in accordance with a procedure as determined by the Council from time to time and on payment of the evaluation fee as determined by the Council.
